  • How can I get the invoice for the tax deduction? The invoice will be sent by email within 72 working hours from the order fulfillment (= shipment). The invoice is sent to all customers (individuals, companies, freelancers, etc.) e not you need to request it from customer service.
  • What kind of payment do you accept? We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Bank Transfer (for commercial orders of at least € 500 via email) and many other payment methods. Cash on delivery (cash on delivery) not is accepted. Security measures are taken to protect user information in the event of access by unauthorized persons and from unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage.
  • Why was my payment declined? Please try again later or check with your bank. Try using another card or change your payment method. 
  • Does the product come with original box? All products are shipped with original anti-dust bags and boxes. 
  • When will my shipment be processed? We need 48 hours working to prepare and pack the goods. In case of delays and special situations, our customer service will send you an email. Once the goods have been shipped you will be sent an email with the tracking number.
  • Which courier do you use to ship my package? How long will the shipment take to arrive at its destination? Shipping time varies from country to country of shipping. We use for express delivery with tracking number: TNT, GLS, DHL, EMS, UPS, Fedex etc. Shipping is free throughout Italy for orders over € 99. For orders of less than € 99, shipping costs € 7.90 (€ 8.90 for Calabria + Islands). The cost for shipping throughout Europe is only € 8.90 (for any amount).

      • When will my order be processed? Orders are usually processed every day (excluding holidays) from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 15.00 after receipt of the order confirmation.
