  • What kind of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Bank Transfer, and many other payment methods- please use the contact form to inquire about any payment methods not listed. Cash on delivery (payment on delivery) is NOT accepted. Security measures are taken to protect user information from access by unauthorized persons and from illegal entities, accidental loss, destruction and/or damages.

 

  • Why was my payment declined? Contact your bank to process your next order and try again. Try using another card. Change payment method.

 

  • Does the product come in the original packaging? All products are shipped with the original packing bags and original boxes.

 

  • When can I expect my shipment? Our warehouse staff need about 24-48 hours to prepare and package the products for you. In case of delays and/or special situations, our customer service will send you an email. Our customer service will send you an email with the tracking number once the tracking number is provided by the delivery service company.

 

  • Which courier company do you use for my shipment? How long will it take for the shipment to arrive at its destination? Shipping time: this can be several days for most countries. Express delivery is always accompanied by a tracking number: TNT, GLS, DHL, EMS, UPS, Fedex and so on. We offer Free ground service shipping throughout Italy for all orders over 99€. For orders under 99€, shipping cost is 7.90€ (8.90€ for Calabria + Islands). Overland Shipping is also available throughout Europe for only 7.90€ (for any order amount).

 

  • When will I receive an answer to my request? Our customer service team does its best to respond to emails within 24 hours of receiving.

 

  • When will my order be processed? Orders are normally processed from Mon-Fri from 9.00 to 16.00 on the next day following the order confirmation.
